GAP Vassilopoulos Group one of the 25 biggest employers in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a Call Centre Representative to be based in the Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to be based in at our Onasagorou Store in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service for Western Union transactions including money transfers, payments, and compliance checks
• Handle Akis Express and UPS Express courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer inquiries
• Process transactions through the appropriate systems with attention to accuracy and security
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner
• Assist with store operations and provide support to management as required 

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Certificate
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
