Customer Support Manager

The ideal candidate will combine strong management capabilities with deep expertise in operating the support platform to deliver excellent customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the customer support platform end-to-end — including configuration, chatbot flows, automations, integrations, agent setup, and ongoing optimization
• Build, maintain, and improve customer support workflows, canned responses, and routing rules within the platform
• Manage daily operations of the customer support team across all channels
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints
• Monitor team performance using platform analytics and reporting, and provide training when needed
• Develop and document customer service policies, SOPs, and platform-specific playbooks
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA adherence
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, ticket volumes, response times, and team performance
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues and feed insights back into the business
• Maintain professional, on-brand communication with customers
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience working with a customer support / chat platform is mandatory — including platform administration, flow building, and team management within the tool
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or support management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
