DATA ENTRY OFFICER

Responsibilities
• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s database.
• Identifying the correct target audience for events & conferences through desk based research.
• Managing the database including categorising delegates from different industries.
• Performing data clean-up tasks to maintain data integrity.
• Generating reports and provide data analysis as required.
• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered.
• Contacting high profile individuals by email or telephone to discuss details about attendance.
• The acquisition of senior level delegates to attend our Summits through researching, sourcing and email marketing.
• Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.
 

Requirements
• BSc/BA in Business Administration/ Management, or relevant field
• Proven experience in data entry or related field will be considered an advantage
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language (any additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines
