We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily delivery operations.
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations and supporting a team of Delivery Associates. You will oversee the loading and dispatch of packages, monitor delivery progress, and help ensure that deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily package loading and dispatch operations
Manage and support a team of Delivery Associates
Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
Monitor delivery progress in real time and address operational issues as they arise
Coordinate daily routes and respond to changes or delays
Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service
Support the recruitment and development of Delivery Associates
Ensure smooth communication between drivers, operations teams, and management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team
Good computer skills
Fluent in English and Greek language
