Background

Itihad Elhelal Ltd. was established in Cyprus in 2022 as a branch of Itihad Elhelal Trading Company, an FMCG trading and import company established in Palestine in 1995. With more than 30 years of experience in the FMCG sector, the company has established a strong reputation as one of the leading distributors of international brands in Palestine. Building on this successful experience, Itihad Elhelal Ltd. is expanding its operations in Cyprus and strengthening its presence in the local FMCG market. 

About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, supporting promotional campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement across the market. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure the effective execution of campaigns, events, and in-store activities that support our brands and business objectives.

Scope of Work

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and activities, ensuring effective execution, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Create, edit, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, promotional materials, product communications, and other marketing content.
• Plan, organize, and execute company events and marketing activations, including product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, sponsorships, and promotional events.
• Manage event logistics, schedules, suppliers, materials, and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful execution of each activity.
• Coordinate and support promotional activities within retail outlets in collaboration with the field promotion team and sales team.
• Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, including product promotions, tasting campaigns, product launches, displays, and special offers.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of campaigns across online and social media channels.
• Work closely with sales, field marketing, and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor the execution and effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback and reports to management as required.
• Support the development and implementation of brand visibility and activation initiatives to strengthen product presence and customer engagement.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent multitasking and coordination skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize a variety of marketing activities effectively.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools.
• A results-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on achieving objectives and maximizing the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or attend events and promotional activities as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field

Languages Required

• Excellent Command of English and Greek.
