Job Title: Foreclosures Specialist

Responsibilities

·         The successful candidate will be a member of the Foreclosures Department and will report to the Foreclosures Manager.

·         Knowledge of foreclosure legislation and procedures

·         Carrying out foreclosure procedures as provided for by the relevant legislation

·         Handle the allocated portfolio; make decisions on a daily basis in accordance with the policy of the Company

·         Provide support to the Foreclosures Manager

·         Prepare reports on a regular basis for the Foreclosures Manager

·         Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department

Profile of the ideal candidate

·         Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master's degree in Mathematics/ Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or other related field

·         Previous experience in a related field will be considered an advantage

·         Results-driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance

·         Excellent analytical and organizational skills

·         Effective time management skills

·         High levels of integrity and work ethics

·         Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

·         Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written

 Location
