Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of roadside assistance and accident care services in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit efficient and methodical Dispatchers, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment, to join its expanding team in Nicosia.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidates will play a central role in the company’s daily operations, acting as the operational anchor during each shift and ensuring clients receive timely assistance through sharp logistical coordination, quick decision-making, and real-time communication with field teams and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing shift operations to ensure smooth workflows, full shift coverage, and high service standards
• Assessing incoming incidents quickly and dispatching field units and patrols efficiently to minimise response times
• Allocating resources and fleet units strategically to maximise service coverage and operational reach
• Resolving real-time field issues, such as operational delays and route obstacles, as they arise
• Maintaining accurate digital records of dispatch activities and incidents to support operational analysis and continuous improvement

 Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatching, fleet management, logistics, or another fast-paced operational role will be considered an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Computer literacy including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of any digital communication tool and dispatch management software is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek

Remuneration & Benefits

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, including:

• Annual gross salary in the range of €16,500 – €19,000, based on qualifications and experience
• Hybrid working, with fully remote night and weekend shifts
• The role follows a 5-day working week on a rotating schedule that covers all seven days, including weekends. Monthly schedules are published at least one week in advance. Mutual shift swaps are fully supported. Shifts are:

§  Morning shift: 07:00–15:00 (in the office Monday to Friday, remote at weekends)

§  Intermediate shift: 10:00–18:00 (in the office Monday to Friday, remote at weekends)

§  Afternoon shift: 15:00–23:00 (in the office or remote)

§  Night shift: 23:00–07:00 (fully remote)
