Party Guide Group,  seeks a dynamic, high-energy Event Manager  for Nicosia & Larnaca to spearhead our diverse portfolio of corporate events, luxury weddings, and large-scale festivals. In this pivotal role, you will transform client visions into flawless realities across our venues, orchestrating everything from initial concept layouts to final on-site execution. You will act as the primary liaison for high-profile clients and elite external vendors, ensuring seamless logistics, premium equipment styling, and absolute operational precision. As our on-site general, you will lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams under pressure, swiftly resolving real-time challenges while maintaining our signature standard of excellence. If you possess exceptional organizational mastery, commanding leadership skills .

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Leadership: Direct ground operations, setup crews, and technicians during live events to ensure everything runs on time.

Vendor & Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients and external partners (catering, DJs, decorators).

Logistics Management: Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure all  rental equipment and staging are delivered and set up flawlessly.
