• Restaurant & Events Manager — Irambelos, Farmakas, Cyprus*
• We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Manager to lead our restaurant and grow our functions and venue-hire business.
• The ideal applicant will have:
  - Restaurant management experience, preferably with practical kitchen competence.
  - A sound understanding of food and beverage operations, stock control, purchasing and cost management.
  - Strong staff management, organisational and customer-service skills.
  - The initiative to promote the venue, build relationships and secure bookings for private functions, celebrations and corporate events.
• The restaurant currently operates three days a week. The remaining working time will focus on marketing, networking, event planning and developing new business. Weekend availability is essential.
