MAP Hotel is looking for a talented, creative, and dynamic individual to join our team as an Events Assistant, supporting the Events Manager in the planning and delivery of high-level events.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, helping to create a seamless hospitality experience from the initial planning stage through to the successful completion of each event.
We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to combine outstanding customer service with practical technical knowledge.
The role includes:
Supporting the Events Manager in the planning, preparation, and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and special experiences.
Creating and preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored client packages.
Managing communication with clients, partners, and suppliers professionally and consistently.
Attending events to ensure their smooth delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
Supporting the technical requirements of presentations, meetings, and corporate events.
Managing the basic operation of the video wall, connecting laptops, and assisting with presentations.
Setting up and supporting online meetings through platforms such as Zoom, ensuring the correct connection of video, audio, and presentations.
The profile we are looking for:
Creative and organised thinking, with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence in communicating and engaging directly with discerning clients.
A dynamic personality, professional presence, and positive attitude.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and find solutions quickly.
Basic technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and presentation tools.
Good knowledge of tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
The following will be considered an advantage:
Previous experience in a hotel environment, events, luxury hospitality, or customer experience.
Familiarity with corporate events and conferences.
