Executive Housekeeper

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Imperial Island Resort as the Executive Housekeeper and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manages the housekeeping department’s day to day operation as per the brand standards.
• Coordinates the daily cleaning schedules and room assignments to ensure efficient service.
• Inspects guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure cleanliness.
• Trains the housekeeping team on procedures and guest expectations.
• Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Collaborates with other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Handles guest feedback and complaints and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations ensuring a safe working environment for
the housekeeping team.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role in a 4* hotel.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education in hospitality.
• Very good command of and English and Greek language.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• European Union Nationality or eligibility to work within the European Union.
