The Opportunity

The F2F Business Performance & Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance management, strategic project delivery and risk governance across MetLife Cyprus' Face-to-Face Distribution channel. The role serves as a key business partner to the Head of F2F Cyprus, ensuring that sales teams are supported by efficient processes, robust reporting, effective systems and data-driven decision making that contribute to sustainable growth, customer-centricity and the achievement of MetLife's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through business transformation, process optimisation and sales system enhancements.
• Deliver insightful performance reporting, business analytics and executive-level management information to support strategic decisions.
• Own the F2F department's risk management framework, governance processes and business continuity activities.
• Partner with local and regional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, monitor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, business performance management, project management, or a similar business support function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365, with the ability to analyse complex datasets and develop executive-level reports and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and translate business requirements into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• AI-fluent professional with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, analysis, decision-making, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience within the insurance, financial services, or sales distribution industry.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, dashboard development, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience managing system enhancement initiatives and business transformation projects.

Pay Transparency

The expected salary range for this position is €38,800 - €46,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
