On behalf of our client, a leading Global Technology Provider, we are seeking to recruit a Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team in Larnaca and Ammochostos, Cyprus.

Field Service Technician – Ref. (6331/FST/ESS/CY)

Role Overview:

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who enjoys working in the field and delivering practical solutions.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware systems at client locations. Your day-to-day duties will involve setting up equipment, performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of devices. You'll also handle basic networking, system updates, and provide first-level support to users when needed.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in electronics, IT support, or electro-mechanical systems, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.

You’ll receive full technical training and ongoing support to help you succeed. If you enjoy working with hardware, solving real-world problems, and being on the move, this role offers a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites

• Prepare sites, including cable installation and equipment setup

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks

• Respond promptly to customer issues and escalate when necessary

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Candidate Profile:

• Technical Diploma or equivalent

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in a technical role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

• Experience with PC hardware maintenance and support

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field (Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering)

• CCNA certification is a strong plus

• Previous experience in a service field or customer-facing role

Benefits:

An attractive remuneration package will be offered, including a 13th salary, 7% Provident Fund, company car, mobile phone, and additional benefits.

Comprehensive training will be provided over an extended period to ensure full readiness for the role.

Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
