VIVA Fitness Cyprus is looking for a motivated Fitness Club Manager for our branch in Limassol, who will inspire our members and team to reach their full potential with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Your role:

Team Management: You will lead, motivate, and develop your team with enthusiasm, strong leadership, and excellent people management skills.

Member Service: You will be the first point of contact for our members, providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.

Administrative Work: You will organize and manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain the high standards of our services.

Performance Management: You will lead the club to financial success by not only meeting but exceeding revenue targets.

We value:

• Experience in leading teams, preferably in the fitness or service industries. Candidates seeking a career change are also welcome.
• High levels of initiative, determination, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire both employees and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• EU citizen or legally eligible to work in Cyprus.
