To lead and oversee all Front Office operations in a courteous, charming, and professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures. To direct all activities of the department, ensuring seamless daily transactions, exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and inspiring leadership across the Front Office team.
Applicant's Main Duties
Direct and manage the efficient year-round operation of the Front Office, supervising all related tasks and procedures (check-in/out, high-level guest relations, payment operations, special requests, and advanced complaint resolution).
Ensure the highest standards of guest care, luxury service, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the Front Office team to foster a high-performing work environment.
Leverage modern hotel management software, switchboards, and digital tools to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Maintain excellent personal presentation and represent the resort brand at an exemplary standard.
Applicant's Main Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel/resort environment.
University degree
Native or fluent Greek and professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (PMS), channel managers, and modern digital front-desk tools.

Salary: 2.300 - 2.500 euros gross (according to the qualifications/experience)
