CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a multi-strategy investment platform with global operations, we are seeking to recruit a Funds Flow Officer to join their expanding team based in the heart of Nicosia. As a Funds Flow Officer, you will prepare funds flow for new investments, exits, and dividend payments across Asia, Europe, the US and Latin America. Our client is seeking applicants who hold 1+ years of experience in international taxation, gained working in an in-house capacity, or for a professional services firms. You should hold some prior exposure to funds flow analysis and cross-border transaction modelling, with excellent communication skills in English considered essential. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare funds flow for new investments, exits, and dividend payments in Asia but also in Europe, US and Latin America.
  • Coordinate with internal tax, legal, finance and deal teams, as well as external advisors, banks and administrators, to ensure timely execution of transaction steps, payments and post-closing actions.
  • Coordinate and monitor the completion of post-closing actions, including follow-up items with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Develop strong relationships with deal team, including understanding their business practices and specific needs.
  • Maintain relationships with tax advisors, lawyers, etc.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in international taxation, gained working either in-house or in a professional services firm.
  • Exposure to funds flow analysis and cross-border transaction modelling.
  • Experience in private equity transactions and/or other cross-border M&A activities.
  • Exposure to Cyprus holding structures, shareholder loans, equity contributions, redemptions, distributions, liquidations, etc…
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge in excel.
  • Attention to detail and good time management.
  • Self-motivated who can demonstrate adaptability/flexibility.
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Demonstrate intellectual rigor and curiosity.
