Headquartered in Romania, Alexandrion Group operates internationally with offices and subsidiaries across the United States, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Brazil, and the UAE. Our global distribution network spans more than 50 countries and continues to expand rapidly. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are developing a state-of-the-art distillery in New York (USA) and planning further investments in distilleries both in Romania and internationally, including Japan.
Position:
We are looking for a strategic-thinking Global M&A Financial Analyst to prepare detailed financial analysis and valuations, assist in the preparation of business proposals, as well as develop complex financial models. The role is critical to the business growth strategy of Alexandrion Group, and you will engage with core business divisions – including wines & spirits, hospitality/ hotels, renewables, oil and gas, and others.
Key responsibilities:
· Execute financial analysis and valuation of potential M&A opportunities across multiple geographies and industries.
· Build, review, and optimize complex valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions.
· Strategically contributes to deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of acquisitions by leveraging key financial insights and cost effectiveness.
· Monitor and evaluate post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and business plans.
· Develop and track KPIs to assess operational and financial performance across our hospitality portfolio.
· Develop and review business plans in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (accounting, operations, marketing, and other division heads).
· Proactively contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
· Prepare variance analysis and deliver strategic financial insights aligned with long-term growth strategy.
· Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
· Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to management as required.
Candidate’s requirements:
· 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance (M&A), Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory.
· Previous experience in M&A valuations and financial analysis in the wine & spirits, hospitality and renewable energy industries is advantageous.
· Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with hands-on experience building and developing complex, dynamic models.
· Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and valuation deal mechanics.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other relevant degree from a high-ranking university; Master’s Degree is a plus;
· High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or VBA is a plus.
· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic business insights.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders in English.

*THE CANDIDATE HAS THE OPTION TO WORK FROM HOME, BUT IS EXPECTED TO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO COMMUTE 1-2 TIMES PER WEEK TO LIMASSOL OFFICE.
