Job Overview

NewCytech is hiring for an aspiring individual to join our Computer Services and provide remote and onsite IT Support services to all of the company’s clients across the public, semi-governmental and private industry. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing L2 & L3 support to clients/Users (remote and on-site).
• Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware/ Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers).
• Designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory.
• Planning, installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Cloud Services (like Office 365).
• Day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of Infrastructure solutions.
• Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and vendors to provide technical assistance and support either remotely or onsite from the clients' premises.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• University/College Degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.

To IT Support Manager

Remuneration
