On behalf of our client, a fast-growing, AI-driven digital growth and performance marketing agency, we are seeking to recruit a Growth Account Manager to join its international team.
Our client partners with ambitious brands to accelerate growth through performance marketing, strategic consulting, branding, web development, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Prepare performance reports and translate campaign insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Oversee branding, website, and marketing projects from planning through execution.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered according to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance using emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should possess:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing client accounts within a marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, paid media, customer acquisition, and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with creative, content, and web development teams.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently.
- Passion for innovation, AI tools, and leveraging technology to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
