Mavromatis Employment is seeking to recruit on behalf of his client candidates for the job position of Guest Experience Officer in Larnaca.
The Role – Principal Responsibilities:
✔Coordinate bookings for excursions, ensuring availability, accurate guest details, and timely confirmations
✔Liaise with local tour providers to confirm schedules, pickup times, and any special guest requirements
✔Ensure smooth guest participation in excursions by managing logistics such as meeting points, transportation, and timing
✔Handle last-minute changes or cancellations, offering alternatives and maintaining guest satisfaction
✔Assist with special requests, such as private tours, accessibility needs, or multilingual guides
✔Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available tours, seasonal offerings, and local attractions
Essential Skills, Competencies & Qualities:
✔Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within specific guidelines
✔Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
✔Professional telephone manner
✔Trustworthy, honest, and committed, with the ability to work under pressure
✔Capable of working independently and as part of a team Qualifications:
✔Minimum of a High School diploma is required, further education, particularly in tourism, would be considered an advantage
✔Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
✔Experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry shall be considered an advantage.
Remuneration Package:
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on his/her qualifications and experience about 1400 gross.
