Job Specifications:

• Academic Qualifications: Certificate in Hotel Management, Public Relations Certificate
• Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word
• Languages: At least English and mother language. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that hotel Guest’s treatment policy is implemented.

• Establish friendly relations with clients and staff of the hotel

• Give special attention to each client especially to the repeated ones, the VIPs and the Travel Associates.

• Provide assistance in carrying out and organising hotel functions.

• Update hotel’s Information Boards

• Supervise the animation activities of the hotel and the animators.

• Handles Guests’ Complaints.

• Organise the Dining and Entertainment Programme, the Animation and Children’s Animation Programme.

• Conform to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

• Be polite
