Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Guest Relations Officer at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Hotel & Spa
Duties & Responsibilities
To coordinate with the Animator a Guest Entertainment Program to meet the guests' needs e.g. excursions, boat trips, cocktail parties, art exhibitions, competitions, film evenings etc.
To escort educational groups on Hotel tours and provide relevant information folders.
To assist when necessary with guests’ weddings.
To maintain the Tour Operators counter tidy at all times and provides information leaflets obtained from the CTO.
To update all information boards with necessary information and announcements. Include staff board outside restaurant.
To be available and extend a warm, natural welcome and farewell to all hotel guests.
To assist all guests with their enquiries and solve any minor problems that may arise.
To advise guests on how to enjoy their stay. Explains the facilities (Guest Welcome Handbook)
To handle any guest complaints and queries when necessary.
To keep a record of all guest suggestions.
To process guest questionnaires and produces the weekly guest satisfaction report.
To ensure Guests' birthdays and anniversaries are acknowledged, following the set procedure, in conjunction with the F.O Manager, F&B Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
