We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HotelAccountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting, payroll, financial administration and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Handle accounts payable and supplier payments.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and accounting records.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports.
Support recruitment and hiring administration, including employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Liaise with management, suppliers, and external accountants when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and payment processing.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with CYCOM and/or THEOVA hotel management/accounting systems is considered a strong advantage.
Good command of Greek and English.
