Hotel Accountant / Accounting Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting, payroll, financial administration and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle accounts payable and supplier payments.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and accounting records.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports.
• Support recruitment and hiring administration, including employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Liaise with management, suppliers, and external accountants when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and payment processing.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CYCOM and/or THEOVA hotel management/accounting systems is considered a strong advantage.
• Good command of Greek and English.
