Περιγραφή εργασίας
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Own full-cycle recruitment (audit, tax, accounting, admin roles)
- Work closely with partners to understand hiring needs
- Improve hiring speed and candidate quality (this is usually broken—fix it)
- Manage onboarding and probation processes
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor law
- Manage payroll coordination (with finance or external provider)
- Oversee leave management, benefits, and HR systems
3. Performance & Culture
- Implement and manage performance review processes
- Support managers in handling underperformance (a big gap in most firms)
- Help create a structured, accountable, but fair culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives (without wasting time on “corporate nonsense”)
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs (especially for junior accountants/auditors)
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support career pathing and retention strategies
5. Compliance & Policies
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure alignment with local regulations and internal standards
- Handle disciplinary processes when needed
6. Strategic HR Support
- Act as a business partner to leadership
- Provide insights on turnover, hiring needs, and team structure
- Help scale the company without chaos
