 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team in Limassol.

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

Preparing applications and collecting all the prerequisite documents for applying to the Migration Department for any type of application and advising the client on any Immigration matter.  

Handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, including drafting and/or reviewing and amending contracts of sale, assignment agreements, cancellation agreements, tenancy agreements, long term lease agreements and Powers of Attorney.

Conducting due diligence on properties and ensuring compliance with respective laws and regulations.

Liaising on behalf of the client with public authorities, representing the client and attending any relevant authority to submit any application on the client’s behalf.
