Information Security Analyst

Core Description

• Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance on ICT and/or Information Security governance controls.

• Perform specialized security risk assessments, focused on high-risk areas or activities and define action plans to mitigate the identified risks.

• Support the assessment, implementation and monitoring of compliance of information security obligations arising from applicable regulatory and supervisory requirements, including DORA, PSD2, CBC/ECB/EBA guidelines, PCI DSS and SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework.

• Conduct ICT and Information Security controls maturity assessments, analyse the results, and define action plans to mitigate key security risks, to ensure the Group's compliance with the applicable Frameworks.

• Perform Ad-Hoc Security Risk Assessments based on suspicions or allegations of improper application of the provisions of the Information Security Framework in order to ensure the proper protection of the Group's information.

• Monitor the progress of implementation of the actions specified in the risk mitigation action plans, support their resolution to eliminate weaknesses on the Group's systems and evaluate their successful completion.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information / Cyber Security, Computer Science or related subject. 

• Information/Cyber Security professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP is an advantage. 

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security and ICT Risk management.

• Strong understanding of information security management, ICT risk management, security governance, or related control assurance activities is an advantage.

• Understanding of security controls, control design and operating effectiveness, maturity assessments, control gaps and remediation planning.

• Good understanding of relevant information security, ICT risk and financial sector regulatory requirements and standards, including DORA, PSD2, ECB/EBA guidelines, PCI DSS, SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001 is an advantage.

• Ability to support or perform information security and ICT risk assessments, including the identification, analysis, evaluation and documentation of risks, mitigating controls and residual risk exposure.
