Instagram & TikTok Content Creator

📍 Based in Cyprus | 💼 Hybrid (Office, Remote & On-Site) | 🕒 Part-Time or Full-Time

 

Web Theoria is looking to recruit a Intagram & TikTok Content Creator with a strong focus on Instagram & TikTok. This hybrid role involves creating and managing authentic daily content across various social media profiles – including individual, business, and client accounts.

 

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Content Creation: Visit locations and capture engaging, everyday content directly from a smartphone. Content should feel natural and authentic, primarily shared as Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.
• On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable appearing in videos, speaking directly to the camera, and presenting products, services, or experiences when needed. This includes filming yourself or others and helping represent the brand with confidence and clarity.
• Multi-Account Management: Manage and post content for multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts across individual, business, and client profiles.
• Content Publishing: Edit and upload content directly from your phone to Instagram and TikTok, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Creative Development: Propose and develop ideas based on current trends, viral formats, and platform-specific best practices.
• Platform Experience: Adapt content style and tone to each platform and profile, ensuring relevance and audience engagement.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Copywriters & Social Team: Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity, messaging, and overall marketing strategies.

• Collaboration with Photo/Video Associates: Coordinate with external photographers and videographers to support content production when needed.

   

Required Candidate Profile

• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio or examples of past work on Instagram and/or TikTok is essential. Applications without sample work will not be considered.
• Comfortable On-Camera: Must be confident being filmed, speaking naturally on video, and presenting content when required.
• Creative & Independent: Self-motivated and capable of generating fresh content ideas and executing them efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in using smartphones for filming, editing, and publishing content. Familiarity with in-app editing tools is a plus.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram (Stories & Reels) and TikTok content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
• Languages: Fluent in both Greek and English (spoken & written).

• Education: A degree is not required. We value creativity, experience, and initiative over formal education.
