We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Nicosia and work on behalf of one of our major clients, located in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help install and fix IT hardware, software and network systems (desktops, printers, wireless networks, etc.).
• Set up and maintain devices like printers & scanners.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Perform system updates, including Windows installations and customizations.
• Resolve issues with Microsoft Office products.
• Manage Active Directory and email account problems.
• Help with software installations (antivirus, drivers, browsers, etc.).
• Investigate and escalate unresolved issues to suppliers when needed.
• Understand user needs and update equipment & system software.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of relevant working experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment
