Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in networking, servers, operating systems, and cloud or hybrid environments, with the ability to design and support resilient IT infrastructures.
• Experience in IT operations management, including system monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, and change management processes.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and tools, including access control, endpoint protection, patch management, and data protection best practices.
• Vendor and service provider management experience, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance oversight of IT contracts and solutions.
• Proven people leadership skills, with experience mentoring IT staff, coordinating workloads, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support users at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, security-related) are an asset.
• Experience in managed print services
• Knowledge of digital printing equipment and workflows
• Good knowledge of print management software (e.g. Fiery, RIP)
• Basic understanding of graphic design and prepress processes
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor digital printing equipment at existing and new customer sites
• Configure print settings according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform quality control checks on printed output
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Collaborate with customers' creative and production teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Adhere to company safety and quality procedures
