IBSCY Ltd is an internationally renowned provider of comprehensive IT solutions and services, with expertise spanning cloud services and applications, systems integration, IT infrastructure, collaboration tools, management, and security solutions. 

As IBSCY Ltd continues its dynamic expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Solutions Architect to join our team. This pivotal role involves designing, advocating for, and delivering top-tier IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional initiative, dedication, and the ability to work independently while staying focused on client needs. Reporting to the Solutions Team Leader, the successful candidate will capture and document business requirements to ensure tailored, effective solutions. 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

• In-depth knowledge of IT hardware and software. 
• A university or college degree in IT, engineering, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in both English and Greek language. 
• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with internet use and MS Office applications. 
• Proven ability to take responsibility and effectively manage small-scale IT projects. 
• Possession of a valid driving license. 
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is highly desirable. 
• Willingness to travel extensively within Cyprus and internationally. 

Responsibilities: 

• Drive the design and delivery of comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of qualified prospects. 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while sustaining and increasing ongoing revenue streams. 
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, progression, and successful closure of deals. 
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing models, and proposals for technical solutions. 
• Oversee account management for assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. 
• Educate and train end users on products, enhancing awareness and providing tailored recommendations. 
• Handle procurement processes efficiently to meet client requirements. 
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, vendor and customer events, networking mixers, and other relationship-building events. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns. 
• Meet and maintain vendor sales training requirements and achieve relevant certifications.
