D.A FRANGOS AGENCY LTD is seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and management of the company's IT systems
• Management and maintenance of servers and corporate network
• Administration of Windows Servers and Group Policy Objects(GPOs)
• Monitoring and support of LAN/WAN and VPN connections
• Management of backup systems and email systems
• Administration and support of databases(SQL)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and enterprise applications
• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Servers
• Knowledge of GPOs,LAN/WAN and VPNs
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management
• Knowledge of APIs and cloud systems will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues quickly

Work Schedule:08:00-17:00(including 1 hour break)
