Akelius Languages is an educational organization with offices in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, and Berlin.

We are developing an application for learning languages and math.
We also produce books, board games, and other learning materials.
Our products are used by non-governmental organizations worldwide.

You will be based in our Nicosia office, 
but also support our offices in Larnaca and Limassol.  

who you are

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive specialist with vocational training in IT and System Administration.
 

experience

-    professional experience in IT service desk management

-    sound knowledge of Microsoft and Azure environments

-    experience in troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple hardware and software
 

key responsibilities

-    take responsibility for IT operations in Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol offices and part of group wide IT operations

-    provide high-level customer service, being the face of IT for our local users

-    ensure that our technical workplace is constantly working — network, wifi, internet access, video rooms, presentation equipment

 

-    manage on- and offboardings

-    order, allocate and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets
