We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and bookkeeping
• Prepare and maintain invoices, and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Collaborate with senior accountants and auditors as needed

Requirements

• An LCCI Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in accounting or finance
