Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are looking to hire a Junior Accounting Officer to join our Finance Team.

Job Location: Limassol or Nicosia Office based on preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting accounting information and documents
• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile suppliers and customers accounts
• Issue invoices and follow up on payments
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Monitor and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial records
• Support department with ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holder of a University Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of previous relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel is preferred
• Holder of the LCCI Accounting Certification or relevant – will be considered as a plus
• Good use of the English language
• Ability to prioritize and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and motivation to produce excellent results
