We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Corporate Officer to join our dynamic team and support the day-to-day finance, corporate, and administrative operations of the Group.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the daily bookkeeping of the Group companies.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly reconciliations (suppliers, customers, hires, MGAs and banks).
• Supporting with the preparation and execution of electronic and manual payments for operational and administrative expenses.
• Supporting the day-to-day corporate and finance administration of the Group companies.
• Maintaining statutory records, registers, and well-organised corporate files (both physical and electronic).
• Liaising with external parties, including lawyers, banks, auditors and authorities, under the guidance of the CFO.
• Assisting with the preparation of corporate correspondence, letters and reports and maintaining confidential documentation.
• Providing daily support to the CFO on administration, corporate and finance matters.
• Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Team player with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
