At Kanika Hotels & Resorts, our team delivers exceptional dining experiences through themed restaurants, each offering a unique menu and atmosphere. As a Kitchen Team Leader - Themed, you will be responsible for ensuring your team upholds high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Joining the Kanika team positions you in a leading group of hotels where talent is recognized, nurtured and rewarded. This is a career path for a young and ambitious professional chef.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with large-volume cooking equipment and all menu recipes, ensuring professional preparation
Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
Coordinate and supervise the team, covering for colleagues as needed
Collaborate with supervisors to plan menus and support the Executive Chef

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate of a Culinary School
3 years’ experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
Good command of the English language
EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
