At Kanika Hotels & Resorts, our team delivers exceptional dining experiences through themed restaurants, each offering a unique menu and atmosphere. As a Kitchen Team Leader - Themed, you will be responsible for ensuring your team upholds high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with large-volume cooking equipment and all menu recipes, ensuring professional preparation
- Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
- Coordinate and supervise the team, covering for colleagues as needed
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan menus and support the Executive Chef
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Culinary School
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
- Good command of the English language
- EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
