Who we are:
Albourne is a global financial services group of companies with 600+ employees worldwide. Our objective is to advise our clients to be the best investors they can be. The company’s main areas of focus are fund research, portfolio and risk advice, FinTech and implementation. Albourne’s office in Nicosia opened in 1998 and it provides back office and IT services to the regulated companies of the Albourne group; it currently has over 320 dynamic employees and we are looking to expand our teams in 2025.

The Role:
We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Legal Intern to join our Legal and Compliance Team. The successful intern will be responsible for reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), identifying relevant information and filing such information in the database as directed by a senior lawyer.
Accountabilities:
- Examine Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to identify and extract key clauses and relevant details.
- Accurately input, update, and categorize information in the company’s database.
- Ensure proper digital filing and record-keeping of NDAs.
- Support the Legal and Compliance Team with other tasks as required.
- Education: Third Year Law student or junior Qualified lawyer in Cyprus
- Exposure to legal documents through coursework, internships, or academic projects is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documents
- Excellent organizational and filing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and relate at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Problem-solving mentality
Highly motivated and confident
Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals and procedures
What we’re looking for:

Job Type: 3-month internship (June 2nd, 2025 – August 29th, 2025), with a possible extension based on workload and performance.
