Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a reputable pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving global health by providing high-quality healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Officer to join our logistics team and contribute to the efficient management of our supply chain.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Officer at DELORBIS, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the logistics and supply chain process within the pharmaceutical sector. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process, including procurement, transportation, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to streamline logistics processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve overall logistics performance.
• Generate and analyse reports on key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent command of English and Greek languages, both in written and oral communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team spirit and ability to work in collaborative environment with other members but also independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
