Location: Limassol, Cyprus

CDA Group is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our 8 residential buildings in Limassol, ensuring that all properties and common areas are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, including leaks, valves, water tanks, and drainage systems.
• Perform minor electrical works and basic troubleshooting.
• Undertake general maintenance tasks, including repairs to doors, locks, painting, and minor building repairs.
• Conduct routine swimming pool checks and inspections of common areas and rooftops.
• Identify defects, prepare snagging lists, and follow up on outstanding maintenance issues.
• Supervise contractors and external service providers on-site.
• Maintain accurate daily records of completed jobs and outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Participate in an on-call rota and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
• Report maintenance issues and repair requirements to the Head of Property Management Department.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a multi-skilled maintenance technician, preferably in residential buildings, hotels, or property management.
• Good practical knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems.
• An electrician’s licence or relevant electrical qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond effectively to maintenance issues.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
