• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service;
•  Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, bartenders); 
• ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve any guest concerns; 
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and consistent service;
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and table rotations during service hours; 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene; 
• monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering; 
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations; 
• Track daily sales, prepare reports, and assist with budget targets; 
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and labor regulations; 
• Represent the restaurant with professionalism and positive energy at all times
