Job Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service;
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, bartenders);
- ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve any guest concerns;
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and consistent service;
- Manage reservations, floor plans, and table rotations during service hours;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene;
- monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering;
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations;
- Track daily sales, prepare reports, and assist with budget targets;
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and labor regulations;
- Represent the restaurant with professionalism and positive energy at all times
