Job Description

TASTEHABITAT COFFEEHOUSE FRANCHISE LTD is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the franchise network and equity stores in Cyprus.

The role combines multi-store operations, commercial performance, franchisee support, training, and new store development.

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Operations Manager with proven track record, strong store economics and an excellent customer experience.

The successful candidate will be working strategically with senior management and being actively involved in stores, identifying problems, taking ownership and making sure that agreed actions are actually implemented.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To ensure that every store consistently delivers Coffeehouse brand standards, operational excellence, quality products and an exceptional customer experience.
To lead, coach and develop the Ops Team.
Improve Store Operations, lead the franchisees and the store teams in all aspects of delivering the best coffee experience to every guest, at all times.
To take overall responsibility for delivering brand standards at all times by ensuring that all stores are opened/closed & operated in line with all Coffeehouse brand standards, policies & procedures.
To ensure that all relevant managements checks, standards, food and health & safety checks are completed and that all necessary remedial action is taken or issues escalated as required.
To recruit, train, coach and develop the teams, along with the franchisee and the trainer of the company, to ensure that they deliver brand standards and a great customer experience.
To analyze and act upon financial/performance data to ensure the store is run in the most efficient & profitable manner.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management within the coffee, hospitality or wider F&B industry.
Experience managing multiple stores or locations, in a corporate environment.
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to analyse KPI’s, P&L, sales, costs and profitability.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of coffee shop businesses, F&B operations, service standards and customer experience.
Strong understanding of stock control, food safety, operational controls and quality standards.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent prioritisation and delegation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
