Are you a deck officer looking to move ashore?

We are looking for a Marine Cargo Surveyor to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone with seagoing experience who wants to bring their navigational and operational knowledge ashore in a dynamic, technical environment .

What we’re looking for:

✅ EU Citizen  

✅ Driving Licence  

✅ Nautical Studies – preferably with sea service as Third Officer, Second Officer, or Master/Chief Officer 

✅ IFIA Certified Surveyors - will be interviewed without need to prove experience in the field and rank with advantage in our selection. 

About the role:

Based in the maritime heart of Europe (Rotterdam & Amsterdam regions), you will carry out inspections and surveys on a range of vessels . This includes cargo surveys, shore tanks sampling, bunker survey. You will apply your practical shipboard knowledge to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with international regulations . This is a full-time position with a competitive package, including a company car and accommodation. After your successful training you can be part of our team and represent our company in Cyprus and Abroad.

What you bring:

• Seagoing experience as a certified deck officer /or Experienced Marine Cargo Surveyor
• Strong attention to detail and good report-writing skills
• Good command of English (Dutch or Spanish is a strong advantage) 

Following successful training, demonstrated work ethic, and strong performance, candidates will have the opportunity to join Andeco Marine Services LTD on a permanent full-time basis, with duties spanning our operations in Cyprus and oil terminals in Europe.

Note: non IFIA approved candidates must pass our entry level exams in order to match our basic level of entry in our interviews.
