The Role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our Construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate construction surveying, setting-out, levelling and dimensional control throughout all project phases, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications and construction schedules.

Working closely with the Project Management team, Site Engineers and subcontractors, the Land Surveyor will play a key role in ensuring precision, quality and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•              Perform construction surveys, setting-out, levelling and dimensional checks across all stages of construction.

•              Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, gridlines and reference levels.

•              Ensure accurate positioning, alignment and elevation of structural elements, including foundations, columns, core walls and slabs.

•              Review architectural and engineering drawings, identifying discrepancies and coordinating solutions.

•              Conduct regular site measurements, verification checks and as-built surveys to ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications.

•              Collaborate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors to coordinate surveying activities in line with construction schedules.

•              Utilise modern surveying equipment.

•              Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports and measurements to support quality assurance, progress monitoring and quantity verification.

•              Identify potential setting-out errors and provide timely technical solutions to minimise construction risks and delays.

•              Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and all activities comply with company quality and health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

•              Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.

•              Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.

•              Proven expertise in construction setting-out, structural surveying, levelling and dimensional control.

•              Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and associated software.

•              Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and digital surveying applications.

•              Excellent ability to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.

•              Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

•              Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary construction teams.

•              Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
