LONDOU TRADING LTD, with Headquarters in Larnaca, exclusive agents and Distributors of well-known FMCG is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated Market Development Specialist - Limassol & Paphos Area to fill a job vacancy in the company.

 Qualification Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or any other related to Sales field from an accredited College/University.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent Knowledge of the Food and Beverage Market.
• At least 5 years of prior work experience in a similar position, preferably in the Food and Beverage Sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, time management skills and high attention to detail.
• A proven ability to achieve sales objectives/targets.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, self-confident and a team player.
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Market Development Specialist is responsible for the sales and development of all Customers in Limassol and Paphos and the acquisition of new Customers to increase the customer base.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective sales strategies, in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Negotiate all trading terms and conditions, including agreements and promotions, with Customers, in line with agreed sales budgets and subject to approval by the Sales Manager.
• Responsible for the supervision and support of Sales force and delivery to increase performance levels.
• Regular trade and customer visits/ market knowledge Trade data collection and retail audit performance analysis.
• Sales Training & Presentations, Promo Activities Evaluation.
• Understand the needs and preferences of customers and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers and/or internal executives.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities for growth in the market and provide advice to the management.
• Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are being met and where necessary the need for remedial actions is identified, reported and implemented.
