Marketing & Office Coordinator

Will support the company’s marketing activities, social media presence and daily office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Creation of marketing material, posts and brochures
• Website updates and basic content management
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Basic video editing and content creation
• Communication with clients and partners
• Email handling and office coordination
• Administrative support
• Support in branding and marketing strategy implementation
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Additional qualifications considered an advantage:
• CapCut / Photoshop / dobe Express
• AI tools (ChatGPT etc.)
