We are seeking to recruit motivated individuals to join our team in Nicosia and Limassol as Microsoft & Infrastructure Solutions Support Engineers.
This role is ideal for both experienced IT professionals and those looking to kickstart a promising career in the field of IT Infrastructure solutions support.
Main Responsibilities
Be a member of the Infrastructure and Microsoft Solutions Team, under the supervision of the Team’s Leader.
Support Microsoft on-premises and cloud solutions, including Microsoft Networking Solutions, Active Directory, user support, and Microsoft 365 support.
Improve and fine-tune existing environments to strengthen performance, reliability, and security.
Implement, administer, and support cloud solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Detect, evaluate, and remediate infrastructure weaknesses and application deployment challenges.
Working as a member of the Infrastructure Solutions Engineering Team, having the responsibility of addressing and processing the daily support calls from our customers, providing support services, resolving problems, and providing solutions to customer calls.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Pursue continuous training and development toward certifications.
Training will be provided to develop key skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A degree in any Information Technology-related field.
- Knowledge of the basics of IT networking principles.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft networking solutions, Active Directory, management of PCs & workstations as part of a Microsoft network, LAN/ WAN /Internet connectivity.
- Working experience in building and supporting Microsoft Cloud Solutions, especially M365 solutions and SharePoint.
- Working experience with the implementation and support of Endpoint Solutions.
- Working experience with Backup & Recovery solutions.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365) or knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and hardware solutions are a plus but not mandatory.
- A good knowledge of PCs & peripherals support as part of a Windows AD environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to continue learning and personal development.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Remuneration
A very attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and applicable experience, including:
Annual Gross Salary payable in 13 instalments , subject to the level of fulfilment of the position’s knowledge expectations.
Discretionary yearly bonus based on personal and the company’s performance.
Provident Fund with a profit-sharing deposit every year, subject to annual profitability results.
Working hours 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:15 – 13:00 on Fridays (Friday afternoon off).
Flexible/hybrid family-friendly working arrangements with a commitment to 1 day work from home per week, after the initial introductory training (provided that the job responsibilities allow this arrangement).
