We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our business units, streamlining marketing processes, and contributing to impactful healthcare campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Marketing and Medical teams, ensuring seamless execution of both local and international activities. Your key duties will include:
- Performing secretarial and administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
- Tracking accounting documentation, including invoices, payments, and accruals.
- Assisting in the financial reporting process for third-party distributors.
- Ensuring compliant maintenance of filing systems in line with company SOPs.
- Supporting Business Units in marketing operations and CRM platform management (e.g., VEEVA).
- Assisting in the development and deployment of digital tools and materials (e.g., newsletters using Email Studio).
- Managing inventory and stock-taking of promotional materials.
- Supporting the coordination and execution of international events and providing administrative assistance to the Medical Department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (experience with VEEVA is a strong advantage).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
